What is the role?

This role is a fantastic opportunity to commence a professional career in the future of Commercial Real Estate. Working in our fast paced Sales team, you will cover new inbound and outbound business opportunities.

With an existing client base, incoming enquiries and a ready-to-call pipeline (NO cold calling), you will be set to smash your targets and achieve exceptional growth for the company and yourself.

  • Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from businesses looking for workspace
  • Shortlist suitable office space options for customers, book workspace inspections and help negotiate deals for prospective tenants
  • Build and maintain contacts with the customer to secure the business
  • Generate leasing agreements
  • Maintain close relationships with workspace managers, landlords and property owners
  • Be a hunter for new centres and add new locations to our portfolio
  • Provide outstanding customer service and close business over the phone
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Forecasting and financial reporting
  • Assist in the online marketing and advertising campaigns to generate leads
