Growth Hacker / Digital Marketer

We are expanding at rapid speed, having just launched in multiple Asian locations this year and set to launch in Europe and America in 2019. We are now looking for a growth hacker/digital marketing specialist to join our Sydney team and take over all digital marketing channels to accelerate growth and take our business to the next level.

What is the role?
This new role is a fantastic opportunity to break new ground and build the future of Commercial Real Estate. Working closely with our management team, you will be a key revenue driver managing and executing performance-based marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute a marketing roadmap leveraging website traffic, user sessions and conversions.
  • Create an SEO strategy that drives excellent organic search placements
  • Manage and execute all SEM campaigns and budget with a close eye on analytics and results for maximum ROI
  • Look after our social media advertising to drive website traffic and build our community and network.
  • Deliver relevant and targeted eDMs to increase engagement and enquiries.
  • Manage segmentation, testing, optimisation, tracking and analysis.
  • Implement new initiatives to increase and optimise conversion rates
  • Use digital analytics to report and develop actionable insights.
  • Determine the best mix of online campaign elements from search, social, direct mail with an overarching content plan. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Your biggest passion is digital marketing and growth hacking
  • Your best friend is Google Analytics
  • You are a gun at Facebook ads, pixels, Adwords and retargeting
  • You have email marketing automation experience
  • You have outstanding communication skills
  • You speak CPC, PPC, CPM, CPA, CLV, etc
  • You have strong numerical skills and high attention to detail – written and visual
  • You are creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
  • You live to drive innovation and push boundaries

What does it take to be successful in this role?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role in a global company
  • Passion and enthusiasm – you’re looking for a career not a job
  • A “can do” attitude and loves a challenge
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Familiar with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus
